4. We will email you a pre-paid return label to send your old grinder back to us (UK Customers) Pre Paid Shipping labels are a standard service and it can take 1-5 days for your old grinder to reach us.
5. Once we receive it, we will ship out your brand new grinder with a new 1 year warranty.
