We offer a Baratza grinder repair program so you can get back to making great coffee. This service is also if you want to upgrade your grinder to the latest components.
How it works:
Step 1. Purchase this service
Step 2. We will email you a returns label
Step 3. You box up grinder and send back to us.
Step 4. We will repair and clean your grinder so its working like new
Step 5. We post your grinder back to you
Thats it! All for one cost, no hidden surprise.
If you would like your burrs replaced, purchase the burrs at the same time as this service. We test your old burrs once the repair has been completed. If they need replacing you will be contacted.
Please send your grinder in without the hopper or bin.
Make sure the grinder is well packaged. Don’t use loose fill peanuts, they are not secure enough.
Please remember to include your Name and Order/Reference Number with the grinder.
Repairs may take up to a week to complete. If there are further delays we will contact you to let you know.
