Guatemalan coffee is grown at an altitude of 850 to 3,700 metres where there is an extraordinary variety of ecosystems, from subtropical rainforest to pine forests. There are several crus in Guatemala, each of which depends on the morphology and microclimate of the valleys where the fazende are located.
The coffees from this area have a full body and good acidity.
The result is a balanced and aromatic cup, with notes of flowers, citrus and chocolate.
The preservation of taste and aroma is ensured by packaging in an inert protective atmosphere.
