Coffees from Asia tend to be heavy, creamy and low acidity so in this blend we’ve mixed African and Central American coffees to bring some lively, juicy acidity with floral and fruity notes.
To experience this coffee at its absolute best, grind finely and use 8g-10g for each shot of espresso. We have roasted this blend slightly darker, perfect for making espresso drinks.
