Colombia Faver Ninco Field Blend – Multi-Varietal Washed Coffee From Huila Highlands

Description

We carry coffees from Faver Ninco and his farm in Central Huila, Finca Costa Rica, nearly year-round — and for good reason. They deliver consistent quality expressions of a range of Colombian varieties (though we’re especially partial to his Pink Bourbon). This later lot from the smaller November harvest is an opportunity to taste some of the other, more exotic varieties he has in cultivation on his farm — Java, Papayo, Aruzi, Wush Wush, and Chiroso — together as a blend. We get a distinctive profile that leans red and syrupy but stays fresh, with berry and tropical notes and a vanilla cookie finish.
