El Indio has been produced by several family farms in the municipality of Planadas, Tolima, a rising star in Colombia’s coffee production. These families -some of which belong to local indigenous communities- have been working with their local cooperatives for a few years in order to optimize their farming and harvesting techniques, and master the natural method of processing coffee.
The sweet and fruity notes in this Limited Edition coffee are a testament to the natural processing method.
