Made from HR® ceramic, it is highly resistant for everyday use and keeps the contents hot right through the meal. It can be used in the traditional oven and microwave, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Since 1850, Emile Henry has been manufacturing in France cookware and kitchen accessories from HR (High Resistance) Ceramic that may be used in an oven up to 270°C (520°F), while the highly resistant glaze makes it naturally non-stick and you may even cut on the surface with worrying about scratches.
