The lava stone will absorb the humidity from the pizza paste and cook it evenly. This lava stone is also suitable to cook any type of meat, fish, or vegetable. Ideal heat sources are stovetop hobs, ovens, or on top of your barbecue grill. Once removed from the heating source it will keep its temperature for at least 20-25 minutes.
