The new La Pavoni Cellini Mini delivers classic espresso performance in a sleek, compact form. Built around the legendary E61 group head, this single boiler machine uses a robust 0.8 L stainless steel boiler for lasting durability and stable brew temperatures—no PID required. A small temperature variation of around 2°C between shots is minimal and part of the charm of traditional espresso making.
Key features include mechanical preinfusion for enhanced flavour, a vibratory pump for stable pressure, and a temperature light indicator to show when it’s ready to brew. The cool-touch steam wand heats up just 60 seconds after brewing and delivers powerful steam, while the generous 2.9L water tank allows for longer sessions. An automatic shut-off protects the machine from water shortages.
