It includes a strong suction base, 5 brass dies, food grade safe plastic auger, die-cast aluminum metal body with heavy-duty steel enamelled with food-safe paint making it durable and safe, aluminum locking ring, extra-long handle, and pestle. 

The Torkio Extruder is easy and simple to assemble, it comes almost completely assembled in the box. Insert your desired brass pasta die, secure it on with the metal locking ring. Next, suction to a smooth, clean surface and being extruding your pasta dough! Changing the die plate is fast and simple with your choice of casarecce, waves, spaghetti, tagliatelle, and torchietti brass dies. The Torkio OK is 100% made in Italy.
