Louis Tellier Moulin Food Mill 30 cm / 12″  includes 3 discs 1.5, 2.5, and 4mm size holes for a variety of uses. The food mill is great for processing purees, tomatoes, apples, carrots, potatoes and much more. Food must be cooked and softened to pass through the mill to extract the most amount of puree and liquid. The mill will strain out seeds and skins.
